How we handle your information.

What the website and our booking service collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This notice covers stellarsynctechnology.com.ng and our booking service at book.stellarsynctechnology.com.ng. Both are run by StellarSync Technology Limited (“StellarSync”, “we”), based in Abuja, Nigeria. We decide how the information described here is used.

Questions about your information go to info@stellarsynctechnology.com.ng.

This website

The website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and sets no cookies. It is served by Firebase Hosting, part of Google Cloud, which keeps standard request logs (such as your IP address, browser and the page requested) to deliver and protect the site.

If you email or call us, we use the details you send to reply and to carry on the conversation you started.

Booking a call

When you book a call we collect your name, your email address, any answers you give on the booking form, the time you choose and your timezone. We use them to arrange the call, prepare for it and contact you about it.

The call is added to the host’s Google Calendar with you as a guest, and Google sends you the invitation and a Google Meet link. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy.

To stop automated spam, your browser solves a small puzzle when you confirm a booking. This runs on our own server, involves no third party and sets no cookie. Your IP address is held briefly in memory to limit repeated requests; it is not saved with your booking.

Booking pages set no cookies for guests. Staff who sign in to manage their calendars receive a session cookie that is needed for sign-in to work.

StellarSync staff and Google data

StellarSync staff who host calls sign in to the booking service with their Google account. We receive the account’s email address, name and a Google account identifier, and use them to sign the person in and to show their name on their booking pages.

When a staff member connects their Google Calendar, they allow the service to see when their calendar is busy and to manage the events it creates. We use this to offer guests only the times the host is free, and to add each booked call to the host’s calendar with its Google Meet link, then move or cancel it when the guest does. We see free and busy times, not the details of other events, and we only change events the booking service created.

To do this we keep an access token from Google, encrypted, on our own server. Disconnecting the calendar in the dashboard deletes the token and revokes it at Google. Staff can also remove access at any time from their Google Account’s security settings.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and people do not read it except to provide the service, for security, or where the law requires. StellarSync’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Why we may use it

We use booking details because you asked us to arrange a call, as a step before any agreement with us, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and keeping our services secure. We do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to stay in touch.

Who sees it

Your booking is visible to the StellarSync staff who host or organise the call. Google processes it to provide Calendar, Meet and hosting. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Google may process data outside Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Where it does, it relies on the safeguards described in its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for 12 months after the call, then delete them. If you cancel, the record is kept for the same period so we can answer questions about it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@stellarsynctechnology.com.ng and we will reply within one month.

You can reschedule or cancel a call at any time with the link in your invitation.

If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or, in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner’s Office.
